I have used wallpaper sample books to add some color and frugal decor to our apartment--it's work perfect to add red to my living room and some bamboo decor to our Japanese/bamboo decor in the bathroom and palm tree/beach to our bedroom. I got the sample books for free at a local wallpaper store, I know some charge a few dollars for them when they are done with them but either way that's lots of cheap paper for decorating or crafts!
